Why use premium compatible remanufactured cartridges?

Remanufactured cartridges can save you up to 55% off the cost of OEM cartridges. We guarantee that the quality of our remanufactured inkjet and laser toner cartridges will match or exceed OEM cartridges.

How are premium compatible cartridges manufactured?

Remanufacturing process involves disassembling, cleaning, replacing appropriate components, refilling ink or toner, print testing and repackaging. All premium compatible remanufactured cartridges meet or exceed the printing page yields and quality standards of OEM cartridges. OEM cartridges made by HP, Canon, Lexmark, Apple, or other original manufacturers are usually manufactured using a combination of new and recycled parts at factories throughout the world. For example, on the box of an HP C4127X you can read: “This newly manufactured product may contain parts and materials recovered from the HP Planet Partners recycling program” and on the box of a Canon FX-4: “This cartridge may contain reconditioned parts and remolded materials.”

Do you sell refilled cartridges?

No. We do not sell refilled cartridges. All our cartridges are remanufactured. Although some people still think of them as the same, there is a big difference between remanufactured and refilled cartridges. A refilled cartridge has been drilled out and refilled with new ink or toner which is also known as "drill-n-fill" method. The "drill-n-fill" method does not involve disassembling, cleaning, replacing appropriate components and post-testing to ensure 100% guaranteed quality.

Can a printer manufacturer void my equipment warranty for using a remanufactured cartridge?

No. Equipment manufacturers cannot void warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current Laws prohibit any manufacturer from requiring you to buy their product exclusively. Here is what Hewlett Packard (HP) warranty says: “For HP printer products, the use of a non-HP ink cartridge or a refilled ink cartridge does not affect either the warranty to the customer or any HP support contract with the customer.”

Am I overpaying for ink?

A recent Eastman Kodak ad stated "Last year America paid $5 billion too much for inkjet-printer ink." Another Eastman Kodak television ad likens ink to oil. "The world's most expensive liquid isn't found in the Middle East. It is found in inkjet-printer cartridges." The same overpaying analogy could be used for toner cartridges. Compare our guaranteed compatible inkjet and/or laser toner cartridges pricing versus OEM pricing and answer the question - are you overpaying for ink?

What happens if I am not satisfied with your product?

All our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase if the returned product is at least 70% full when received back at our warehouse.  We feel that gives our customers a good opportunity to use and evaluate our product.

Why is our warranty so complete?

To start with, our products are excellent. We have very few products returned.  Second, we want you to feel confident enough to plan and stock up with several cartridges. You should never have to worry when opening a cartridge six months later that it might not work.
